ClarityOS is an AI-powered idea management and execution planning platform. We provide tools for capturing, analyzing, organizing, and tracking ideas. AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated analysis, roadmaps, and recommendations are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making business decisions. ClarityOS is not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

7. Subscription & Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClarityOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ClarityOS is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
